How we work

From a difficult task to a practice people can repeat.

Training is designed around workplace outcomes rather than endless tours through menus. A session can teach; transfer also requires practice, support, time and conditions that allow people to apply what they learned.

  • A baseline by task and role without labelling people as “good” or “bad” with technology.
  • Cases, files and decisions similar to those the team encounters at work.
  • Brief demonstration, guided practice, independent practice and specific feedback.
  • Accessible choices in format, language, pace, device and support where needed.

Before requesting a proposal

Frequently asked questions before training.

Is this a basic computer course?

It may include foundations when the diagnosis identifies that need, but the program is organized around tasks and roles. It may also cover collaboration, data, content creation, safety, problem solving or responsible AI use.

Can you work with the tools our company already uses?

Yes, when authorized access and a safe practice environment are available. The proposal identifies versions, licenses, test accounts, fictional data and responsibilities before the session.

Can people with different skill levels participate?

Yes, but the difference should not be hidden. We can group practice by level, provide support, adjust pace and design optional challenges without exposing or stigmatizing participants.

Does the training include cybersecurity?

It embeds essential behaviours such as account protection, permissions, privacy, scam recognition and reporting. Digital training does not replace a cybersecurity strategy or technical controls.

How do you assess learning?

Through observable tasks and agreed criteria: completing a workflow, locating reliable information, sharing with correct permissions, detecting a risk or explaining how to resolve an error. A knowledge test may complement practice but not replace it.

Does one workshop guarantee technology adoption?

No. Adoption also depends on usefulness, access, leadership, support, time, incentives, system quality and process design. Training builds capability but cannot correct all those conditions by itself.
