Before requesting a proposal
Frequently asked questions about the training.
How is assertive communication different from speaking firmly?
Firmness is only one part. Assertive communication states a position, need or boundary clearly while recognizing the other person and seeking an understandable next step. It does not require harshness, compliance or aggression.
Is the content adapted to our organization?
Yes. Objectives, roles, situations and constraints are defined first. The proposal identifies what will be customized, which format is recommended and what information must remain protected; sensitive cases do not need to be exposed to the whole group.
Can it focus on supervisors or customer service?
Yes. Those audiences handle different conversations. A supervisor program may prioritize delegation and feedback, while customer service may focus on boundaries, alternatives, listening and difficult requests.
Will training solve poor climate or serious conflict on its own?
No. It can strengthen skills, shared language and practice, but it does not replace policy, leadership decisions, HR processes, conduct investigations or professional care when those are needed.
What are the duration, price and delivery format?
They depend on objectives, participant count, depth, format, preparation and follow-up. Motovolo confirms them in a specific proposal; the site does not publish a universal duration or price.
