Before requesting a proposal
Questions before training the team.
Do you teach techniques to convince any customer?
No. We train understanding, qualification, explanation and decision requests. When fit, evidence, budget, authority or delivery capacity is missing, the responsible outcome may be no or a conditional next step.
Does the training work for B2B and B2C?
Yes, with different designs. A quick consumer purchase does not follow the same journey as a B2B decision with multiple stakeholders, requirements, risk and contract. The proposal defines the context.
Can you work with our real objections?
Yes, after de-identifying them and checking whether the response depends on language, evidence, price, product, policy or an operating decision. We do not invent answers the business cannot fulfil.
Do you promise to increase sales?
No. Training may improve behaviour and consistency, but sales also depend on demand, offer, price, lead generation, competition, capacity and execution. Proportionate indicators are agreed.
Does it include CRM?
We can integrate CRM use or design stages and fields. The platform should support criteria and next steps; recording more data does not fix a weak proposition or conversation by itself.
How is customer information protected?
We use fictional or de-identified cases, agree which material may be observed and limit access. Recordings, if considered, require defined authorization, purpose, retention and handling.
