Before requesting a proposal
Frequently asked questions before implementing CRM.
What is CRM and what does it do?
It is a management capability, usually supported by software, for coordinating information, activities and decisions throughout relationships with prospects and customers. It helps when it gives the team useful context and a next action.
Does a small business need CRM?
Size alone does not decide. CRM may help when several people manage relationships, follow-up is lost, handoffs are unclear or shared history is needed. If volume is small and the process works, a simple tool may be enough.
Do you work with one CRM brand?
Evaluation begins with needs and scenarios. We review available products, native capabilities, integrations, security, total cost and operating capacity before recommending an option or configuration.
Should every contact and email be migrated?
Not by default. Select current, relevant data of sufficient quality. Rehearse migration with a sample, document exclusions and validate retention with the applicable responsibilities.
Can you integrate forms, email or invoicing?
Yes, when authorized access and a sustainable mechanism exist. We define the master system, data, frequency, permissions, error detection, reconciliation and the procedure if the connection fails.
How is a CRM implementation measured?
According to the objective: first-response time, opportunities without a next action, stage duration, complete handoffs, duplicates, data quality, adoption of key tasks and sales or service outcomes interpreted in context.
